কলকাতা কাউন্সিলকে ১৭৪৭ সালের ২৫ মে জানাল তারা অন্য কোন শর্তে কোম্পানির সঙ্গে
চুক্তি করতে অনিচ্ছুক বরং তারা contract 'on no other terms' than the following: that they would provide one-fourth of the inv,estments for ready
money and .the remaining
three-fourths on dadni of which 85 per cent to be advanced 'as last year। ব্যবসায়ীদের একগুঁয়েমিতে বিরক্ত কোম্পানি ঠিক করল
